Unfortunately, we can't predict delivery time for any particular request. An order can take anywhere from a few hours to one to four weeks to arrive.
Check the status of your request at any time by logging in to your ILLiad account and reviewing your "Active Requests" from the main menu. Find an Explanation of Request Status.
